but here's a little update on our lives...
both kurt and i are utes right now,
(love the U!)kurtie is in a masters program. entertainment arts and engineering. it's definitley been a roller coaster ride so far. one week away, from being one semester down! he's in the production track - a mixture of management, programming, and art. he will graduate spring 2012 a producer of all things entertainment artsy-such as video games, simulators, educational software, etc. cannot wait for that day to come!
jessica is working on finallly finishing a bachelors. taking online classes in human development and family studies and psychology. i love what i'm learning and have already been able to apply so much into my life. i plan to be at graduation 2012, too. walking with the hubby!
aside from both being students, we have plenty of other responsibilities:
kurt:
- contract work as an artist for an upcoming educational game... very exciting!
- and helping me keep up with all my papers, discussions, projects, quizzes and exams
- runs the house: chef, janitor, teacher, therapist, nurse... you name it
- works as a pharmacy technician at our hometown apothecary whenever i get a chance
kurt and i were talking today how tough life is right now, and he said 'you know, i'm in a masters program, at a world class university, working with state of the art equipment. that is not what i consider a hard life.' really put things into perspective. there are millions of people out there who don't even know how to read!
so, life is stressful! but things are good!

you have so much on your plate i'm surprised you even have time to think about blogging! you're a good woman to be doing school, too. i'm starting up again sometime soon and i'm a little horrified. hearing that you can do it gives me hope!
i can't believe how big those kids are getting. they're so special. i just love your family :)
yay! I've been waiting and waiting for a new post! You're studying the same thing I did. Isn't it a fascinating subject? My favorite classes were on human development. You guys are pretty amazing doing all that you do! Don't get discouraged!
